Since joining the Team McLaren Mercedes in 2005, the effervescent Colombian has joined the long list of great McLaren drivers which includes Alain Prost, Ayrton Senna, Mika Hakkinen and his current team mate, Kimi Räikkönen.

In his very first drives for the team, Juan Pablo showed talent, determination, and team spirit. Winner of the British and Italian Grand Prix, he currently lies fourth in the drivers’ championship.*

Juan Pablo, like Kimi, visited TAG Heuer’s production facilities in La Chaux-de-Fonds in the Swiss Jura where he participated directly in the development of  such watches as the Concept Chronograph Calibre 360, and the LINK tachymeter.

The watch he wears every day is the Carrera Tachymeter.* 21 August, 2005
