Hi, new to the boards. Searched this topic but returned no results.
I have an automatic Carrera Chrono that I wear daily. Just bought a winder and am asking anyone here with experience if you recommend a winding/rest interval setting?
Is is a Brookstone winder currently set for one revolution every 133 seconds (650 turns per day).
